I would like to commend you and your staff for extending excellent customer service to me. I have made several appointments to the Service Department Department, and have always been treated with the highest level of respect . I was handled, as if I were personal family of the staff members. Many times complaints out way negative experiences, and upset customers will flood the customer relations desk . Well I just want you to know that this is not the case.
The entire family at Parks Mazda, should be awarded with the mark of excellence. I had an appointment in the Service Department, on yesterday, ( 5/28/12 ). I can't think of the person, name, but I can tell you that he gave excellent customer service, and he has the same level of mannerism when he works on Saturday too. Please acknowledge what a great job he did and place, the good news in his personal file, I needed to make a personal call, and he offered his own phone to accomadate my needs, that was going above and beyond, because it was his personal phone.
There was another friendly, with deep dimples, that was just as kind, to my surprise who I later learned was, Mr. Dennis Robbins, the Service Manager. It was good to see that just because he was the manager, he was working equally as well ( this was called team-work ).
I would just like the head of your company to know that everyone that took a part in my husband and I purchasing our 2010 HHR went way out. In the Sales Department, Mr. Gaither, and Finance Department, Mr. Rogers made everything a smooth transition. Parks Mazda, will always get our businesss.
Everyone is so easy to work with and they were able to understand our needs and got us into the car that we wanted. It was a very easy buying experience for us.
