  Becky, affectionately known as the “Den Mother” in the Commercial Sales Department, has been with Parks Chevrolet since March of 2011. The automotive industry seemed like a good fit for the skills attained in retail furniture sales and management for over 25 years. Becky enjoys the interaction with customers and assisting the sales team. Family time is important to Becky; she and her husband, Joe, enjoy taking long walks, watching sporting events and attending The Summit Church. Their son, Clay, is finishing his senior year at Southwest Guilford High School and will pursue a management degree in college. The other member of the family is their spoiled rescue dog, “Buddy”, who brings them all great joy.  A graduate of Wake Forest University, Becky loves following Demon Deacon sports, and her husband and son are glad cooking is her other favorite pastime. She believes in showing customers why Parks is worth the drive!

  Casey has been a part of the Parks Chevrolet team since 2001. Born and raised in Liberty North Carolina, Casey graduated from Eastern Randolph High School, followed by 2 years attending Guilford Technical Community College. Casey is married to Nikoda Clapp and has three children: Carson (11), Caleb (9) and Carmen (3). His interests include spending time with his family and coaching his kids in travel baseball as well as other sports. Plus, his favorite sports teams are the Boston Red Sox and the University of North Carolina Tar Heels. When asked why he chose the automotive profession, Casey says, “After starting in the business at such an early age, I haven’t dreamed of doing anything else; I love my job... I get to deal with different people and learn the ins and outs of customers' businesses every day." He believes in showing customers why Parks is worth the drive!

  Having started with Parks Chevrolet in 1987 as a new & used salesperson, Chris joined the Parks Commercial Truck Team in 1995 and has served as a commercial sales representative, as commercial sales manager and, now, as the Business Central Department General Manager, overseeing both sales and service for Parks Chevrolet's commercial customers. According to Chris, "I enjoy working at Parks because of the hometown dealer atmosphere in a business that has been family-owned since 1967." Married to Tammy Merriman, who works for Polo Ralph Lauren, Chris has two children (Danielle, who is graduating from UNC-G with an Elementary Education Degree and was a member of the Spartans Cross Country & Track team, and Bradley, who is graduating from Campbell University, majoring in Marketing, and is a member of the Campbell Wrestling team) as well as a grandson, Parker, and two dogs. Chris grew up in Eden NC, graduating from Morehead High School. Then, he received a BA in Social Studies from Mars Hill College, where he was a member of the Football and Track teams.When away from the dealership, Chris enjoys spending time at home in Reidsville with his family, volunteering at Rockingham Middle & High School as a football & wrestling coach and attending Covington Wesleyan Church. He believes in showing customers why Parks is worth the drive!

  Doug has been in Commercial & Fleet Sales for 4 years and is the self- proclaimed “Commercial Logistics Manager”.  Prior to the auto industry, he spent many years in Industrial Sales and Service for Wood Coatings. Doug grew up in Alleghany County, NC. After spending five years in the US Army as an Infantry Soldier in Ft Bragg, Berlin Germany and Ft Lewis Washington, Doug graduated from High Point University with a degree in Marketing. Married for 14 years to his wife, Teresa, Doug has one daughter, Alexa.  Outside interests include golf, judging swim meets and watching his daughter annihilate the heavy bags at kickboxing.  Doug does not claim to be a runner but has completed one Ultra Marathon and several marathons.Beyond that, Doug has a Golden Retriever and a Beta fish, prefers College Football as well as anything cooked on the grill, has the favorite team of North Carolina State University and claims Saving Private Ryan as his favorite movie. He believes in showing customers why Parks is worth the drive!

  Originally from Shawnee Mission Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City, Russel is a second generation of automotive salespeople. His father Theo Fox was in the car business for over 30 years in Nevada. Russel began working in the auto industry in March of 1993 as a sales person at Vann York Auto Mall where he worked for over 8 years and was a Sales Manager before coming to Parks Chevrolet in the summer of 2001. Russel became a finance manager soon after coming to the Parks organization and transferred to our commercial truck department in the summer of 2006. When asked why he chose the automotive profession, Russel says, “I had always liked cars and after having gone through the buying process twice for my wife and I, I had an opportunity to become part of a team. I have since enjoyed feeling like I have been able to provide a valuable service to my customers and have established some lifelong relationships with many people.”When asked what he likes most about the Commercial/Fleet business, Russel says it’s the people he works with everyday, and the people he is able to meet while working here. Outside of work, Russel attends and is very involved in church at Abbotts Creek Missionary Baptist Church, is attending the College at Southeastern located in Wake Forest, NC, where he is working towards a BA in Christian Study’s and Pastoral Ministry. Russel also Enjoys spending time with his wife, Christy, of 20 years and two children Joshua, 16, a Sophomore at Ledford Senior High School and Benjamin, 14, at Ledford Junior High School. Russel enjoys attending sporting events of his children and hopes he can watch his children play sports in college. He believes in showing customers why Parks is worth the drive!

  Steven has been with the Parks Automotive Group since 2010 and is originally from Chicago Illinois. He enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany, a 3rd grade teacher at one of Kernersville’s Elementary Schools, and his son Cayden. He also has 2 cats and 1 dog to go home to. In his pass time he likes to play disk golf and watch sports. His favorite teams are the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears. He has not forgotten that he was born in Chicago. His favorite college teams are Notre Dame and NC State. He likes the Automotive Industry and likes the family atmosphere at Parks Chevy. He believes in showing customers why Parks is worth the drive!
